Therapeutic community “Fattoria Gerbione”, Tenero/TI

An old manor located on the Magadino plain, being totally surrounded by apartment buildings cried out for a new identity. We gave it a second life by only slightly intervening and restoring it without changing its basic structure.

• Phase 1: Restoration of the main building
• Phase 2: Restoring the barn and workshops
• Phase 3: a new building added to the historic farm forming a third courtyard.
